Anubha Phophaliya

Anubha is a Director and a founding member of Sigma Infosolutions. Anubha is an engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College, Jaipur. Along with her Sigma association, Anubha has more than 10 years of experience in companies like Infosys and Siemens.

A recipient of 'Excellence Award' at Infosys, Anubha has very good experience in development of software products. Having worked for web fronting of solutions in sectors like banking, payment follow-ups etc., she has expertise in architectures of web-based solutions and integrating legacy applications with web modules.

Anubha spends her spare time in reading and is a voracious reader of management books and fiction. Based in Bangalore with her family, she is an active member of her college and school alumni association.

Manoj Mathew

Manoj is a Director and a founding member of Sigma Infosolutions. He is an engineering graduate with a Management Degree in Systems. Manoj has been the recipient of the Chancellor′s Best Overall Student Award.

Manoj brings a broad cross-sector experience with deep expertise in Security, Online Transaction Processing, Web Services, Networking & Web development. He is a pioneer in High Performance Computing (HPC) and image processing. He has been in the industry with more than 15 years experience, and well versed with the North American market. A renowned software architect and great communicator, Manoj has been consulting with various fortune 500 companies like Infosys, Ernst & Young, Accenture & Reliance. He has been associated with clients such as Excite@Home and Canon.

Manoj and wife are settled in Tustin, CA with their two kids. Manoj is a basketball enthusiast and plays in his spare time.

Pranav Panpalia

Pranav is a Director of Sigma Infosolutions and also one of the founding members. He is an engineering graduate, with over 12 years of industry experience, having worked with companies like Infosys, Reliance, and Birla VXL. He has further honed his skills by completing the General Management for IT Executives Certification from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Pranav has expertise in design, implementation and management of large databases, planning database centric projects, data mining projects and creation of data marts. Pranav has also worked extensively on creation of highly complex, scalable and secured J2EE applications in domains like e commerce, banking, financial reporting etc.

An avid Tennis enthusiast, Pranav, has represented his college and company in various Tennis tournaments. He is settled in Bangalore with his wife, son and daughter.

Sandeep Phophaliya

Sandeep Phophaliya is a Director and founding member of Sigma Infosolutions. He is an M.B.A. from J.N.V. University, Jodhpur and also a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. Prior to starting Sigma Infosolutions, Sandeep has worked with companies like IBM Global Services and Sterlite Industries. He is also a Director of Sigma Minerals Limited (www.sigmaminerals.com), a 38 year old company and the largest producer and exporter of Calcium Hydroxide, Lime, Hydrated lime and allied products in India.

Sandeep has a vast experience in the area of off shoring and outsourcing of complex and large software applications. He has been a part of teams responsible for outsourcing and then off shoring of several software applications for various companies including AT&T and Shell. He also has a vast experience in consulting emerging companies on scaling up and sustaining their growth through effective systems and softwares.

Sandeep is settled in Bangalore with his wife and kids. He is a member of organizations like XL Results Foundation (connects entrepreneurs globally), BNI (worlds largest referral organisation), TiE (connect entrepreneurs of Indian Origin globally), Umed Club – Jodhpur. He has been associated with Marital Disharmony Cell which saves troubled marriages in India through counselling and legal advice.

Sandeep is a past Chapter Director in BNI - BeDazzlers chapter of which we have been a part for more than 2 years now. Sandeep would hold this post for 6 months from 1st April onwards. Currently BeDazzlers is #1 chapter in Bangalore and #4 in India. BNI is the largest business networking organization in the world. It offers members an opportunity to share ideas, contacts and most importantly, business referrals.
