• Training & Development Unit is committed in enriching the Technical and Soft-skills of Sigmates
• Training needs are analyzed on priority and monthly Training calendar is released. Apart from which competency matrix of Sigmates is maintained
• To cater daily learning needs, eLearning CMS is put in place which consists of various online training materials and hands-on labs
• Sigmates are sent to External Trainings such as Open house workshops, IT Seminars and Conferences to enhance the knowledge pool
