Sigma Infosolutions' team designed customer portal for healthcare industry. A customized end-to-end solution which included a CRM solution, Partner Portal and Customer Portal. The Solution comprehensively removed the need for manual consolidation of information. A centralized database allowed customized reporting and business intelligence across all the users.
User orientation and training was also conducted to enable systematic adoption by the team. The application developed by Sigma Infosolutions is a web-enabled system with a user-friendly interface and powerful reporting capability. Users from around the world could access the application securely and collaborate on every sales related data.
