AVP/Senior Manager-Sales

Reporting To: Business Head

Core Responsibilities:

  • Experience in sales for India / APAC region and International Market.
  • The person should have worked in Fintech Solution/ Services selling in the past.
  • He/She should be highly motivated, target driven and able to work independently
  • Work closely with the sales team to design and execute weekly/monthly/quarterly campaigns over email and phone
  • Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization, Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach out to them
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Collate, Manage and generate report day-to-day data related to prospects, opportunities, proposals, orders, etc. using formats and tools prescribed by the team.
  • Understanding and documenting customer requirements and support requests.
  • Implement specific marketing activities to acquire targeted prospects.
  • Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizations.
  • Market & Competition research about the services being offered by the company
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales team revenue goals.
  • Other business development activities as defined by the vertical head or business development head
  • New Business acquisition, responsible for the complete Sales Lifecycle.
  • Lead Generation for US markets & handling & managing the business development team.
  • Develop, nurture, prospect and sustain effective new business relationships with clients for ongoing business.
  • The individual must develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, assist in the proposal, due diligence, and closure.
  • Prepare budgets for the team and be responsible for client Satisfaction & revenue generation in the given region
  • Implement specific marketing activities to acquire targeted prospects.
  • Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizations.
  • Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities w.r.t ISMS and QMS standards.

Requirements Need to have

  • 12-15 years of Inside sales experience in selling Fintech solutions or ecommerce or services
  • Experience in pre-call planning, call control, opportunity qualification, account development
  • Excellent verbal & presentation skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals
  • Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO or Salesforce
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (CRM, Online meetings, Office Suite)

Team-Related

  • Forecast revenue streams and monitors the progress against it on a weekly basis. To work with the team on identifying corrective measures if needed on a formal basis.
  • Planning & monitoring tasks for the team.
  • Partner with consulting resources to ensure customer satisfaction on all projects delivered.
  • Train the team on skills relating to business development for technology companies.
  • Plan and monitor various matrices as prescribed by the team.
  • Identify training needs of team and work with the training team for the fulfillment.
  • Ensure a high level of motivation in the team.

Growth Related

  • Market & Competition research about the services being offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales team revenue goals.
  • Identification of new roles in the team, creating job descriptions, identify target companies and work with the HR team for getting new team members on board.
  • Implement the findings of market and competition research.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, advertisements, and other broadcasting materials
  • Ensure that the processes are being adhered to in the team via regular checks and surprise audits.

Educational Qualifications, Certifications & Experience :

  • BE and MBA Marketing
  • Ideal Experience Range: Ideally, you should have spent between12+years in IT industry to have the first-hand experience of above-mentioned responsibilities; however, Sigma is open to considering bright persons with lesser experience.
