Upgrade from Magento 2.3 to the latest version, 2.4.5, to leverage new features, enhancements, and security updates.

Ensure seamless synchronization between SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) and Magento platforms to streamline operations and data management.

Enhance overall website performance and reliability to provide a smooth user experience and minimize downtime.

Deep Dive Website Audit: We conducted a comprehensive website audit encompassing QA, user flow testing, usability testing, UI/UX analysis for both desktop and mobile versions, performance analysis, code review, and framework assessments for Magento 2, React, NextJS, and Node.js. This audit served as a blueprint for optimizing the website’s functionality, user experience, security, and performance.
Flawless Functionality: Upgraded Magento 2 to the latest version (2.4.5), ensuring seamless website flow throughout the process. Additionally, Node.js, ReactJS, and NextJS were meticulously updated to ensure compatibility with the upgraded Magento version.
Seamless Data Flow: Customized SAP and Magento APIs for a smooth two-way sync of product data, inventory, and orders, guaranteeing data accuracy and real-time updates.
Scalability for Success: Optimized AWS pod creation and strategically increased resource allocation to empower the website to handle high traffic volumes with ease.
Brand-Centric Framework: Implemented a brand-based framework that provides a centralized configuration hub for managing product attributes, SAP integrations, shipment configurations, and more, streamlining website management for your team.

Website performance improved by 60%, resulting in enhanced user experience and engagement.

Leveraging the security enhancements available in Magento 2.4.5, the website is now fortified against vulnerabilities, ensuring data integrity and customer trust.

Smooth data synchronization and improved usability streamline operations and enhance user satisfaction.

Implementation of AWS Kubernetes with increased pods and automatic resource scaling ensures zero downtime and auto-scalability, providing uninterrupted service even during peak traffic periods.

Automated notifications alert stakeholders when resource utilization reaches 90%, enabling proactive management and optimization of resources for optimal performance.

Leveraging Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), we seamlessly integrated Magento 2 as the backend, along with React.js / NextJS for the frontend, and Node.js API. Through the containerization of each component and the utilization of Kubernetes, our platform achieved enhanced scalability, resilience, and maintainability. Key measures involved setting up the EKS cluster, managing deployments in separate namespaces, and ensuring secure networking and communication between services.

Enhanced monitoring via Prometheus and centralized logging using the EFK stack improved observability, while the implementation of IAM roles and network policies fortified security. The outcome is a highly available, secure, and easily manageable infrastructure, adept at handling variable traffic loads and poised for future growth.
