Lead by the Experienced and Foresighted
Sandeep Phophaliya is a co–founder of Sigma Infosolutions and currently holds the position of Director – Business Development. Sandeep is an MBA & Mechanical Engineer and prior to starting Sigma Infosolutions in 2004, Sandeep has worked with companies like IBM Global Services and Sterlite Industries.
Pranav is a Director of Sigma Infosolutions and also one of the founding members. He is an engineering graduate, with over 20+ years of industry experience, having worked with companies like Infosys, Reliance, and Birla VXL.
Anubha is a Director and a founding member of Sigma Infosolutions. Anubha is an engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College, Jaipur. Along with her Sigma association, Anubha has more than 20 years of experience in companies like Infosys and Siemens.
Neeraj is the Vice President at Sigma and leads the eCommerce practice. He is also responsible for managing some of the largest programs across different technologies. With over 20+ years of work experience in companies like L&T, Infosys, Motorola, Agilent, IXIA & Dell R&D, Neeraj has in-depth knowledge of Software Services, Program Management, and Product Development. Neeraj is passionate about new emerging technologies, managing complex programs and most importantly encouraging the team members to grow professionally. Apart from this he is also an avid traveler and uses his sparingly free time globetrotting.
Nagraj has been an integral part of Sigma for more than 12 years. In his tenure here, he has created and lead multiple teams across various tech disciplines. Having worked on 100+ projects and 50+ different clients. He has a proven track record of managing simultaneous projects/programs with excellent People and Account management skills. He's currently heading the Business Intelligence practice at Sigma and is focused on creating Vision, strategies, and plans amidst rapid growth and change. During his leisure time, he likes traveling to various places and understand different cultures.
Naresh is a seasoned technology leader with over 16 years of experience in the engineering field. He is responsible for leading a team of talented engineers who design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions at Sigma Infosolutions. He focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring project delivery within deadlines and budget, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. His expertise spans across various areas of technology services, including FinTech, Mortgage, eCommerce and more.
