Landmark Group offers retailing of apparel, footwear, consumer electronics, cosmetics & beauty products, home improvement and baby products also have interests in hospitality & leisure, health-care and mall management. It also offers several in-house brands and also works with other brands, acting as a retailer.

Project Brief

Sigma has developed the Magento2 open project for Landmark group. Sigma integrated SMS API for customer login/registration and checkout. This website was developed as a multilingual website. Primary language was Arabic and secondary was English.

Key business needs and challenges moving over to Magento 2

The objective was to provide a web interface where the distributor and customer can place the orders directly.

Client whole team was working in Dubai office and Sigma has to coordinate with each functional team and complete the world.

Solutions

Based on the client need, Sigma developed custom themes with many additional features:

Sigma has developed many custom modules to fulfil the business requirement.
Provided A to Z letter search in each filter. Sigma has also done customization on Algolia search to provide an enhanced experience.
Custom size chart , Infinite scroll, Custom product sorting module were also developed by Sigma.

Sigma did a lot of customization on Layered navigation on the product listing page.
Cash on delivery fee module was developed and to adapt to the given layout of checkout, Sigma customized the checkout process.
