BUSINESS CHALLENGE

ASG needed help in scaling their operations on Marketo to make the processes with demand generation more effective. They needed to gain the highest ROI on their Marketo investment The field marketing managers are spread across 8 different time zone. It was proving difficult to collaborate and with all for their daily marketing needs via Marketo. This lead to delays in processing the daily requirements impacting the performance of marketing campaigns and lead pipeline.

For the first few months, we streamlined the daily operations like list upload and email management via JIRA and regular updates. It brought the house in order. We started providing project management support to give the required coverage to the field marketing teams during their overlapping business hours.
