With multiple branches across Georgia and Tennessee, they specialize in providing personal, consolidation, and auto loans. The client engaged Sigma Infosolutions to build a comprehensive Data Warehouse that would centralize all their data sources, streamline analytics, and enhance reporting capabilities. The goal was to replace their existing system and create a unified data repository to support current business needs and future growth, including advanced analytics and AI models.

Existing Data Warehouse Limitations: The client’s existing system was fragmented, with only a few data sources integrated. The new warehouse needed to consolidate all data sources.
Diverse Data Sources: The client had multiple data sources, including sales, application, loan, transaction, historical, and comment data, which needed to be integrated into the new system.
Complex Reporting Needs: The client required advanced reporting capabilities using Power BI to analyze various aspects of their operations, from application flow to portfolio performance.

System Dependencies: The client relied on third-party vendors for their LOS (Launcher) and LMS (Credex) systems, creating challenges in data integration and synchronization.
Scalability: The new data warehouse needed to be scalable to accommodate future analytics and AI model requirements.

Data Warehouse Design: Sigma designed a centralized Data Warehouse using SQL Server, with separate databases for LOS, LMS, and analytics.
ETL Pipelines: Developed ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory to automate data integration from multiple sources.
Historical Data Integration: Created historical data tables with Change Data Capture (CDC) for LMS data to enable trend analysis.

Advanced Reporting: Built Power BI reports for real-time insights into application flow, underwriting, and payment reconciliation.
New Data Source Integration: Integrated new data sources, such as repayment data, to enhance reporting accuracy.
