Our client is a leading U.S.-based fintech lender providing technology-driven financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. As lending operations expanded, the organization generated increasing volumes of loan origination, servicing, portfolio, and customer data across its Snowflake data platform. Business teams needed faster access to trusted insights without relying on technical resources for every reporting request.
Project Brief
The client had invested in a modern Snowflake data warehouse supported by curated lending marts. However, business users continued to depend on analysts to write SQL, create reports, and answer operational questions.
Sigma partnered with the client to build an AI-powered conversational analytics solution that enabled business users to securely query governed lending data using natural language. The solution leveraged Snowflake Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, and reusable Agent Skills to deliver accurate, explainable, and role-based business insights while maintaining enterprise governance.
