Client Journey
Experts from Sigma worked closely with the client organization to deliver a solution ‘on time’, ‘within budget’ and ‘defect free’. The sync program connects to Human Resource web applications on the internet, Cloud and SAAS, among others. The SOAP based web-services reads the data and automatically converts the data-types and data-sets. This is used by the BIRT interactive viewer to produce easy-to-use rich data visualization as per the user request. Key achievements focused reports on succession plan, leadership assessments and other reports based on HR metrics could be easily accessed through this solution.
The solution also offered in-depth analysis of employee relation issues with user-built dashboards. It also facilitated export functionality with multiple report output formats to PDF, XLS, DOC, PPT, HTML etc. This enabled HR teams to propose top talent, organizational architecture guardrails and update ’Ready Now’ successors efficiently.
