The SOAP based web-services reads the data and automatically converts the data-types and data-sets. This is used by the BIRT interactive viewer to produce easy-to-use rich data visualization as per the user request. Key achievements focused reports on succession plan, leadership assessments and other reports based on HR metrics could be easily accessed through this solution.
The solution also offered in-depth analysis of employee relation issues with user-built dashboards.
