Project Brief
The client partnered with Sigma Infosolutions to design and develop a centralized patient operations platform consisting of a configurable AI-powered intake chatbot integrated into the clinic’s website and a dedicated BRP CRM for the internal coordinator team.
The engagement focused on designing structured digital intake and patient coordination workflows to replace fragmented WhatsApp and email-based processes, standardize patient data collection, streamline doctor review and photo documentation flows, automate communication touchpoints across the patient journey, and provide coordinators with real-time visibility into pipeline activity and patient progression stages.
