Transforming Staffing Operations for a Leading Multi-Brand Staffing Agency with an AI-First Matching & Compliance Platform

AI-first Staffing Platform

About the client

The client is a fast-growing staffing agency platform operating a family of brands under a single multi-tenant, multi-brand model. Rather than layering AI features onto a legacy applicant tracking system, the client set out to build an AI-first staffing operations platform from the ground up, designed to unify recruiters, client hiring contacts, and candidates within a single system of record.

As the brand family and transaction volume grew, the client’s existing processes became difficult to scale. Recruiters relied on manual resume entry and spreadsheets, job requirements arrived through unstructured client emails, compliance issues surfaced late in the placement process, and critical prioritization knowledge remained with individual recruiters. The client needed to replace these fragmented workflows with a platform that could automate intake, improve candidate-job matching, surface operational risks earlier, and support multiple brands without compromising data isolation.

Project Brief

The client needed to scale its multi-brand staffing operation beyond manual resume and job-order entry, unreliable matching, and late-stage compliance blockers.

Sigma Infosolutions built an AI-first staffing operations platform spanning three portals, eleven backend microservices, and a dedicated Python AI service, unifying recruiter, client, and candidate workflows.

The solution combined AI-powered intake, hybrid semantic matching, placement readiness scoring, proactive alerts, and AI-generated insights with multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control, Auth0 authentication, and PostgreSQL row-level security.
